Vouchers are sent via email. If you do not see an email with a voucher in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
If you are not still able to find the email, you can download the voucher from your KKday account with the following steps:
1. Log into your KKday account and go to 'My Orders’ in the drop-down menu at the top right corner of the KKday homepage.
2. Click on your order and download your voucher.
